3 Recipes for those Christmas Summer Date Ideas

June 21, 2013/in Date Ideas /by Guest Blogger

The following article is a guest post, courtesy of Bronson Farr

Hey Bagels!

This week we are celebrating Christmas in summer, and nothing says “Christmas Time” like a cup of warm hot chocolate. We found some frosty versions of the classic winter treat to try at home, so grab your snow gear and get ready for some winter themed summer date ideas!  *To all the Men of CMB this is a great way to impress your date with your kitchen skills.
Frozen Hot Chocolate – This cold version of hot chocolate was created by the famous Serendipity 3 dessert restaurant in New York. Thanks to Brown Eyed Baker, you don’t have to fly all the way there if you are dying for something chilly and delicious.

Summer Date Ideas

Meet frozen hot chocolate, not to be confused with its cousin cold chocolate milk. It takes great offense when people get the two mixed up.

Frozen White Hot Chocolate – As if frozen hot chocolate wasn’t good enough already! The creative mind of Dine & Dish, Kristen Doyle, has created a tasty drink that will make you think you have a winter wonderland in your cup.

Summer Date Ideas

Winter wonderland in a cup, anyone?

Classic Hot Chocolate – While it isn’t chilled, it’s still fun to drink anytime of year. What separates this recipe from the rest is the hilarious writing of Fucking Recipes. So go “TRASH-TALK A COW UNTIL SHE STARTS PLAYING ROCK METAL AND HANDS YOU…HER DELICIOUS MILK.”

Summer Date Ideas

Because instant hot cocoa mix is too mainstream.
