Date Inspirations: Boston’s Local Craft Brewfest & Food Festival
Boston’s 3rd Annual Local Craft Brewfest
For those in need of a last minute date idea as well as libations after a hard week’s work, check out Boston’s 3rd Annual Local Craft Brewfest this Friday on the Boston waterfront. The Brewfest is a prelude to the Local Food Festival being held on Sunday.
Did you know that in July, Boston was named the 9th Best Beer City in the World? The Brewfest will showcase local craft brewers and highlight brews, wines, distilleries, and artisan craft beverages made locally. More than 50 brews and local food vendors will be featured. Of GQ’s list of 50 Beers to Try Right Now, two breweries that made the cut will be participating (Smuttynose Brewery from Portsmouth, NH and Sam Adams).
This event will be a great opportunity for you and your date to meet brewers, vintners, and local eateries that are as passionate about local brews as you are! If you want to extend your date into the night, visit one of the best beer bars in the nation in Cambridge.
