It banked $68.3 Million on opening day. You guessed it- The Hunger Games. If you haven’t gone on Friday night or yesterday, in fear of the insane lines and sold out tickets, you may be the smarter one. Plan ahead and buy your tickets online for the hottest movie in town- The Hunger Games! Reviews are surprisingly very good and many say the movie did not disappoint.

SAN FRANCISCO SYMPHONY

This Tuesday San Francisco Symphony begins it’s “American Mavericks” series at Carnegie Hall.
“The line-up features John Cage’s Song Books, Henry Cowell’s Synchrony, the NYC premiere of John Adams’s Absolute Jest for string quartet and orchestra, and Edgard Varèse’s wonky 1920s electronic marvel Amérique”- Time Out New York
