Get excited! The nation’s largest all-you-can-eat ice cream festival, the SCOOPER BOWL, takes place at Boston’s City Hall Plaza. The event will feature ice cream, froyo, and sorbet from some of the nation’s top ice cream companies. All proceeds go to cancer research and care!
